John Meah is a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill who is studying business administration and psychology with a minor in PPE. He was a mentee of the Romero Mentoring Analyst Prep Program in the 2020 cohort, and he is currently an Equity Research Analyst at Romero Research. At UNC, he is the Vice President of Professional Development for the Scale and Coin Business Society, an ambassador for the Order of the Bell Tower, a Consumer Staples Sector Analyst for the UNC Portfolio Management Team, and a GLOBE Scholar. Outside of UNC, John is heavily involved in the classical and jazz communities and often performs in various ensembles as a trumpet player. John is very interested in the intersections of finance and the arts and hopes to one day serve as an advocate for the preservation of jazz and classical music.
