Experience Prior To The Program

I had no finance training and hadn’t taken a single finance class before joining the Analyst Prep Program. I wanted to get up to speed with my friends who were finance majors and who had already had a relevant internship.

Training Experience

The training was very thorough and highly relevant for the finance industry. Through the Prep Program I gained fluency in finance vocabulary, concepts, and practical knowledge, which was key to acing the investment banking interview process.

The internship experience was crucial to my training and success because I got to apply the training to produce specific deliverables. This set me apart from others during the interview process who had only a theoretical understanding and didn’t know how to build models and analyses from scratch.

Internship Experience

The internship experience was crucial to my training and success because I got to apply the training to produce specific deliverables. This set me apart from others during the interview process who had only a theoretical understanding and didn’t know how to build models and analyses from scratch.

Mentorship

The mentorship was useful because it helped me understand what part of finance I wanted to work in. I also got critical feedback which helped improve the quality of my work product in the long term.

Career Development

The program helped prepare me for finance recruiting AND for setting me up for success once I hit the desk.

Final Remarks

The program is highly useful for anyone who wants to jump start their career in finance. It gives you both the theoretical and practical knowledge to get started in finance, and will help guide you down whatever path you choose with one-on-one mentorship. It’s an investment in myself that has paid off several times over.
