How is Romero Mentoring’s Associate Program different?
We have created a unique educational experience that offers 155 hours of training, case studies, internship and individual 1-on-1 mentorship that you won’t find anywhere else. In addition, we provide layers of support ranging from networking with current students to finding job opportunities through our career platform.
When will classes begin?
Our Associate Program is held twice a year, once in the winter and in the summer. Please check our website for exact program dates.
How long will it take to complete the program?
It typically takes a student 20 weeks to complete the program. It can be completed sooner with more hours dedicated.
Is this an online program?
Yes, the program is flexible for current MBA students and professionals and is completed online.
How much time should I expect to dedicate to the Associate Program?
You can expect to commit about 8 hours per week.
What type of career support is provided to Associate Program students?
We provide multiple levels of career support. We help our students with rebranding, and resume building. Students also have access to our career job platform where employers share their companies and provide career opportunities.
