Experience Prior To The Program

Taking finance courses within my major’s curriculum. I joined the program because it struck me as an excellent opportunity to experience what the work of a financial analyst is like. My goals were to develop useful technical and soft-skills beyond the conceptual understanding of finance principles.

Training Experience

The most valuable aspect of the training is the accuracy and applicability of it later on, during the internship. It helped me develop the technical skills necessary for anyone looking to embark on a career in finance, investment banking, etc.

Every project of the internship included a different set of complex problems to be analyzed. That forced me to think out of the box and develop a better understanding of market forces. The training proved to be extremely useful during the internship as it equipped me with a skillset that I used in every project.

Internship Experience

The internship experience was very educational and diversified. Every project included a different set of complex problems to be analyzed. That forced me to think out of the box and develop a better understanding of market forces. The training proved to be extremely useful during the internship as it equipped me with a skillset that I used in every project.

Mentorship

One-on-one mentorship was beneficial both for questions about specific internship projects as well as professional development matters. It helped me refine my resume and prepare for the recruiting season.

Career Development

The program helped me find a path that I want to take with my career, as I was not sure before.

Final Remarks

If you are unsure if a career in finance is what you want, join the program and experience it first-hand in an educational, welcoming environment.
