The Company offers career mentoring programs to students and professionals who want to break into the finance and consulting industry. We have been in operation since 2016, delivering one-on-one finance career mentoring programs. Over 300 students have completed our program, with over 90% of them having received full-time job offers from top banks and consulting firms. Our successful training and mentoring formula is a new and better learning experience for students.

About The Position:

We’re looking for an experienced sales manager with a strong record of success in driving sales growth. You will be responsible for improving our sales process, increasing enrollment rates, executing and overseeing all sales and promotional activities effectively. You will report directly to our Founder, and work closely with marketing, client partnership and the product team in order to meet our objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan for our investment banking career programs
  • Generate leads, speak with potential clients on sales calls, qualify and recommend our programs to candidates
  • Recruit, train, and oversee sales team performance while ensuring effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives
  • Setting sales quotas, sales budgets, and projections
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

  • Understand consumer needs and identify how our products meet their needs
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance

Who We Are Looking For:

  • We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial, hungry, and result oriented individual who is not afraid of hard work to help improve, strategize, and execute our sales plan
  • The ideal candidate is interested in working in a start-up environment and has a strong understanding of business sales processes, digital marketing, operations, and business development
  • Proactive and driven individual with a self-motivated attitude; can wear many hats, ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional academic record
  • Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up atmosphere with a dynamic, hands-on work environment
  • Work under minimal management and supervision
  • Marketing experience a plus but not required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • 5+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
  • Experience selling education products a plus
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Leadership ability
