Background
Vishal Walia was part of our 2020 Analyst program as a rising college senior with little time to recruit. Like most individuals in college, Vishal had no professional skills, no relevant experience, or access to a professional network who worked in the industry. However, he had a strong drive and commitment to break into the industry. Vishal found our program doing a Google search for investment banking mentors online. With the help of our program he gained investment banking skills, hands on training, the right professional experience and 1-on-1 mentoring. After completing our program he was successful in security a private equity analyst role at Varma Capital.
The Results

The Challenge
Vishal was a finance and mathematics major in his final year of college.
